On your phone, just shake or tap the question mark to get the answer. To spin the coin once again, shake or tap it. Say "Ok, Google. Start Coin Flip" on your watch, then tap the question mark to start the coin flip.
The Settings menu allows you to customize the spinning coin animation, sound, text, vibration, shake-to-flip, and coin type. Run the built-in Diagnostic Test, flip the coin 100,000 or more times, and then observe the outcomes in real time to ensure that the algorithm is actually random.
